John made us bespoke French doors and a casement window to fit into a new room which we created from a car port about 17 years ago, which still look great today! So when we needed a new stable door for our kitchen he was our only port of call. Amazing workmanship and a beautiful door. We then asked him to build a new door into the conservatory. We were very pleased with the work carried out by John from Bishopton Joinery. He created a valuable storage space beneath our stairs, which involved installing some very awkward shaped doors, plus internal shelving. He also made us a stand-alone shelving unit. Having seen an advert in the local press for Bishopton joinery, we decided to commissioned a new sunroom . Having never used this company we did have a little trepidation, however this was unfounded. We found him always to be enthusiastically professional in his approach and his craftsmanship was first rate with excellent attention to detail. We were consulted at every stage and our questions, however basic, were answered fully and cheerfully. Appointments were promptly and reliably kept. Advice regarding the most appropriate choice of timber with consideration of likely cost was welcome as were suggestions regarding door and window furniture and we were pleased to be invited to the workshop to see work in progress and consider the fine-tuning of specifications. We were pleased that the actual fitting of door and windows was carried out by John and his son rather than by sub-contracted fitters. This was done efficiently and as swiftly as conditions permitted with the minimum of disruption. We have also been impressed with after service to remedy minor problems following routine settling and would have no hesitation in recommending Bishopton Joinery for similar work.
